with safety regulations or for which the client has not provided accurate documentation
(MSDS, permits, etc.).
3. Client Obligations
The client represents and warrants that:

All goods provided for transport are legally owned or authorized for transport by the client.

Hazardous materials are declared accurately, including weight, volume, and chemical composition.

The client is responsible for providing all necessary permits and paperwork required for interstate transit.
4. Safety and Tracking

Digital Locks: Raul Group utilizes digital locking mechanisms to prevent pilferage.
Any tampering with these systems by the client or receiving party at the destination may void insurance claims.

Real-time Tracking: While we provide 24/7 GPS tracking for transparency,
the Company is not liable for temporary data outages caused by third-party satellite or cellular network providers.
5. Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made through our designated online payment portal
or via agreed-upon bank transfers.

Invoices are due according to the specific credit terms agreed upon
in the individual Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of

6. Liability and Insurance

Raul Group maintains standard carrier liability insurance. However,

Raul Group is not responsible for delays caused by state border inspections,
terminal congestion, or unforeseen vehicle maintenance required for safety.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including logos, text, and images related to the Raul Group fleet
and operations, is the property of Raul Group and protected by copyright laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made after a vehicle has been dispatched to the loading point
will be subject to a "Dry Run" fee.
